1:1 Vocal Coaching & Groups
We are always in need of volunteers who love to fundraise, write and submit grants on behalf of GVC, promote our services at Pride events, and keep our social media connections fresh and interesting! We are also always in need of volunteers to offer vocal coaching services, both virtual and in-person, 1:1 and group settings. Gender Voice Center accepts donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations that fund free voice training services to those without health insurance, those who cannot afford the cost of copays, coinsurance, or deductibles, and/or those who cannot afford the cost of private pay. Your gift ensures our clients receive the voice training and care they need. Our trusted donation platforms make secure gift giving easy and simple. Your contribution means the world to our clients! We all have a gender story about voice. Every single one of us.Â
I remember a moment in 2021, when a client called me after her first few free feminine voice sessions and asked me, "So what else you got?"Â
"Not much," I replied. I wasn't sure what to say, but she did not accept that response.
"Kat, you need to do better," she responded testily. "Because you're all we've got."
She hung up — and I did do better. Because of that one challenge, GVC was created, and now serves hundreds of clients annually with far more than just a few sessions.
Your gift today makes it possible for our clients to gain access to their true voice, representing their most authentic self. When clients gain access to this level of confidence and self-esteem, their health improves and gifts to the world multiply. Â

GVC partners with Communication Connections Therapy Services to invest a portion of its revenue stream and profits into the sponsorship of LGBTQ+ events that serve the community throughout New Mexico and beyond.
